Our Eryngium ‘Blue Star’ is the ideal accompaniment to any bouquet, both in colour & in its form. Its thistle type clusters lend themselves well as focal flowers in a bouquet, or any type of arrangement and can easily be cut down in length to be used in wreaths, table decorations or for wedding decor. The heads are perfect buttonhole flowers, especially if you have a Scottish link in your family. Also known as Sea Holly, this variety of Eryngium is a stunning blue.

Use in colourful mixes such as our 'Jewelled Bouquet', or mix with whites and greens if you prefer a more natural look.

Our bunches of Eryngium Blue star have approx. 10 stems per bunch, stems are 50cm long and the bunch is approx. 20cm across, although will go further once opened out and arranged.


The thistles are 2-3cm across and are less prickly when dried.
